Rapper P-Yott is geboren en getogen in Breda. Hij startte met rappen in de hiphop formatie Soullution en later in de Pretty Shitty Committee. In 2004 besloot P-Yott voor zichzelf te gaan werken. In 2007 resulteerde dit in zijn debuut plaat Bezigheidstherapie. In 2014 bracht de Rapper zijn EP 2014 uit. De naam 2004 is een referentie naar het jaar dat P-Yott begon als solo artiest.
